How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?
Your full photo gallery is delivered within 8 weeks. If your wedding is in August or September, peak season may add a 1–2 week delay to photo delivery. You will also receive a sneak peek within 7-10 days of the wedding.
How long does it take to receive our wedding films?
The trailer / short film is delivered in 2 months, and the documentary is delivered in 3 months.
How long is the engagement session, and where is it held?
The engagement session is 40–60 minutes, in the Ottawa and Gatineau area, on weekdays only.
How do we reserve our date?
A 40% deposit reserves your date. Prices are before tax.
Do you take smaller weddings or elopements under 6 hours?
Yes. Intimate, elopement, or micro weddings under 6 hours are welcome.
Is there a discount for family photos after our wedding?
Yes. Wedding clients receive a lifetime 20% discount on any full session, including family, maternity, baby, and anniversary sessions. Mini sessions are not included.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Yes, we have a backup plan. If the weather does not cooperate, we can move to a rented studio or museum. Rental fees and admission tickets are paid by the couple.
